Certified  Electronic Mail

The Biblioteca Universitaria di Genova has set up a Certified Electronic  Mail:

mbac-bu-ge@mailcert.beniculturali.it

Thanks to it, your e mail messages have the same legal value of a  registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt
The Certified Electronic Mail is able to  certify the contents of the message only if associated with a digital certificate.
The use of the Certified Electronic Mail is only for public and private Administrations, Companies, Suppliers and private citizens, after obtaining a Digital Certificate
